Tracey Rollins Spann, LMSW is passionate about using her energy to influence and shepherd organizations to discover, develop, and amplify their potential to positively impact the world in which we live. Tracey’s ability to support a wide array of social impact organizations stems from more than 25 years in Senior and Executive positions in education and various organizations serving youth, women, people with developmental disabilities, those experiencing homelessness and/or challenged by substance abuse and mental health disorders.   

In 2017, driven by her passion for organizational development and efficiency, Tracey founded TRS Consulting Group, LLC to guide non-profits and social enterprises to ensure they remain mission driven, culturally responsive, and impactful. She draws on her ability to see across organizations to synthesize issues and deliver groundbreaking solutions quickly and efficiently. Recognizing the uniqueness of every individual and organization, she guides leaders to take a deep dive into the complexities of their operations and culture to best identify the root causes of issues that may be limiting personal and/or organizational advancement and success. She provides a roadmap to highlight strengths and address challenges.     

Tracey believes in the power of UBUNTU – “I am because we are, and because we are, therefore, I am”. Our connectedness to one another makes us who we are. Without one another, we would not be able to accomplish our goals. By combining the strength of Ubuntu, the knowledge provided by comprehensive, accurate data, well developed operational systems, accountability, and thoughtful, focused decision-making, we can move mountains.   

Tracey currently lives in New York with her husband and two children, who bring her joy and challenge her to continually learn and grow each day.
